I miss my husband šŸ’”
My case has been in NBC since April 1, but on August 5 it was updated ā€œcase activily reviewed on uscisā€. today I contacted a live agent, I found out that my case was transferred in the Potomac. what does this mean to me? will I wait even longer now? I live in the USA, and my husband is in Russia 😭

I’m probably quit my job and going to live in Russia with my husband, until my husband’s case is approved. I expected this process to take less time…27,5 months omg

USCIS will sometimes try to rebalance the workload and move the i130 petitions to other centers. Each one tends to be faster at a certain type of form. for example Potomac is quickest for K1/K3, but Nebraska is fastest for i130
