I miss my husband š
My case has been in NBC since April 1, but on August 5 it was updated ācase activily reviewed on uscisā. today I contacted a live agent, I found out that my case was transferred in the Potomac.
what does this mean to me?

USCIS will sometimes try to rebalance the workload and move the i130 petitions to other centers. Each one tends to be faster at a certain type of form. for example Potomac is quickest for K1/K3, but Nebraska is fastest for i130
