If you already have a conditional Green card (US citizen applying for spouses) you need to apply for one I-751 form to remove condition.
if your green card is taking so long to be replaced, you should already had received a letter talking about it.
You should contact an immigration lawyer to see about your process. In those kind of process, A lawyer will always be helpful.
