I-94 expired.
My Lawyer sent my I-539 1 week before my I-94 expired, But USCIS said on a card that they received it On September 7th at the Nebraska Office wich was 1 day after My I-94 expired. I don't know if that can bring me problems on my process. any help, Will be more than appreciate it.

1 day is too short for problems, but legally speaking you stayed beyond the immigration permission. you CAN expect headaches and your attorney needs to handle it. save the mail receipt with dates and delivery expectations from the mail company, it can help…

get the tracking from your lawyer to check when it was actually received. I once had fedex tracking saying it was signed for 10 days before uscis claimed they received it

My Lawyer said that they sent it On August 31st, But the USCIS receipt says that it arrived to USCIS on September 7th, one day after my I-94 expired.

you need to ask your lawyer for the tracking not when uscis say they received it but the actual tracking number the lawyer got when they sent it
