nope! just received the receipt notice through text. My I-130 was approved by Vermont center but the I 824 receipt notice starts with MSC.

So I think MSC=NBC

it took 2 days for them to text the receipt confirmation after they received the form through mail. @Aaravi

I’m also waiting for i824 at nbc. 6 weeks since receipt. it’s going to be 18 months according to processing times

I tried to expedite but it got denied

What should I fill in part 3 1.a and 1.b in form I-824? Should I fill in I-485 and receipt number of 485 or should I fill in I-140 and it’s receipt number?

reazul haque no update yet...I am still waiting since August 12. I see people getting approved after 90 days here

adil khan they send my case to nvc last week. i already pay all fees to nvc now just waiting for next steps

@reazul - Congrats! are you a PR? also could you explain the process / rough timeframes for the next steps until they transfer it to the beneficiary’s country embassy?

hi my I130 was approved on 2022 may 4 and again since filled i824 on august 2022 and it’s has been crossed 4 months of date of filing i824 so can somebody tell me that how many months is to takes to approved I 824
