I-765 waiting time, & a question!
hey there I got married to a USC, I send in my papers on July 1st 21.
did my bio on Sep 8th. didn’t get any updates since.
how long more for the EAD @NBC?
2nd question: Ill be married for two years this upcoming September. after getting the green card when can I apply for a Citizenship? does the three years start from when getting the Greencard or since you got married?

yes starts from when you get the card or card is approved

almost the same boat with you. Filled I-765 in July 12. got my bio I’m Sept and medical in Nov. no updates on EAD card yet! I called USCIS and was told it may take up to 13.5 months

Moe Kutaish I have the same submission date as yours July 1st, did bio on Sept 8th. Got approved for my Ead on Feb,15 so I’m sure yours will be approved soon. Have faith
