I-485 pending

I was on H1 when I first filed my application. but now I am using GC EAD

I have filled my adjustment of status. sorry I should have mentioned that in the post

on the form it ask what's your status at entry which would be H1 and now it ask your current status which would be adjusting based on marriage to a USC C9. That's what my lawyer placed on the form and explained to us. Also, got second opinion from different attorney talk show on youtube, the answer was the same. Remember the question ask status or category

Pending I filled this form 4 times and i485 still pending for 4 years c 09

Received my EAD card with Advance payrole combo card ....in this can i travel to India while my I 485 showing shecdulling interview..

well you could, because after receiving the letter for an interview you will be getting one month time

so try to come back within a month

from agust showing interview but not yet date confirmed

it's encouraged not to travel for more than two weeks when using advance parole, just to be safe. As its seen as an emergency travel aid, not for like vacation reasons.

please also check if the country India is on any ban lists.
