I-765 expedite request
Has anyone had any success stories after a long wait for the expedite request? I placed an expedite request on Sept 22, responded to request evidence on Sept 23, and no updates since. just wondering if it’s normal to wait such a long time for a decision on the expedite? Is it even possible for the expedite to be approved now? might as well give a denial so I can resubmit…..

I sent in an expedite request on September 29 and got an email on October 15 to sent in evidence to support the claim I did and was approved on October 19

@Ae D . I submitted an expedite request to NSC on 9/22. Status changed to Request For Additional Information Received on 9/27. Although Information was neither requested nor sent. Yesterday status changed to Card being produced. I have also raised Congressional inquiry on 10/13. Created multiple service requests. I am not sure which one worked.

my job gave me a letter saying that if it’s not renew on time I will loose my job

@james jag if the I-9 say that you will loose your job if your work authorization is not renew on time then you can . the ask for the expedite myself but your attorney can also do it for you. they will respond back to you by email and ask you to fax the supporting document. so when you do it always check your email
