I 765 approved and I 131 denied
Hi there
How can be possible, 2 weeks ago USCIS approved my I 765 working permit and today they denied my I 131 but my I 485 is ready to be scheduled for interview. Does someone have the same case? i already have SSN, NC driver license, etc,

they will sent you a letter to explain why your advance parole was denied

I’ve heard even if you get advanced people it sometimes doesn’t mean they will let you renter the states anyways. sometimes the advanced parole takes longer than your I-485 anyways and maybe your I-485 will come soon ?
