i haven’t had interviews yet, they just approved my working permit 9 months after I summit my papers, is the working permit the same travel permit?

I just wake up and I saw the approval notice, can someone explain me if I get the working permit do I need to go to social security office to get my new social security number and after that I can go to DMV to get my driver license?

Once you get your EAD, wait for 3-5 days to get SSN. If you don't get SSN, call SSN office and get an update from them. but you can definitely go to DMV to get your license on EAD.

@Samran I applied for my husband he did his fingerprint but still nothing on his case just saying case ready to be interviewed it has been 2 weeks since he did his fingerprint but can I call SSN department to see what is the status or just wait I also read earlier that we can subscribe to something to see what position our case is in, does anyone know
