I send my EAD and AP renewal to Nebraska. I’m still waiting for the receipt over one month and half.

@F g Nebraska , I don’t what happened now , in October filled a aplication and I recived my recived in 4 days , in January 2025 I filled a new aplication and it’s still passed 1 moth and I didn’t recived the notice of the aplication

same to me, I applied form i 485 and they same to me they sent receipt in two days and the following day they sent actively reviewing my case

@Blessed Blessed I sent my c-31 to Nebraska but c09 nbc I actually read it here on lawfully if you send it to nbc it quicker .But the one in Nebraska my reciept took like 3 months before it came

@Mark Douglas when you filed you should have attached your pending I-485 form ..I sent mine with the one that shows all they payments I did initially

@F g did you fill I131 along your EAD renewal? also can you let me know the documents you added to your renewal form. Did you add passport photographs? Thank you

@Sure Mercy I sent my I-94 ,2 passport pictures,my reciept for my I-485,pictures of your passport (biodata ),pictures of your expired ead and of course the filled I-765 form.I did not file I131 cause I do feel that I may get approved soon for my greencard
