Hi everyone, I need some advice. My wife and I are in the process of waiting for the 10-year green card, but we recently broke up. She wants to move to another state to live, work, and get health insurance, which means she’ll have to change her address. I’m really confused and frustrated right now because I don’t know what this will mean for my case if she moves out and we’re no longer together. Has anyone experienced something similar, or can share what I should do in this situation?

remove application and reapply as file alone

you can modify your application to be self sponsored. talk to a lawyer. you will need to document your case and send them the divorce paper once done.
