hi everyone, I am so confused. I had my interview on the 8 th of January. Everything went on well and the office told us that we will receive our letter in the mail. up till now nothing has changed. should I call them or what. my husband is worried too.

my l-751 finger print was December 11th 2019, RFE was August 21, 2020. them my case was sent to another jurisdiction in November 6th, 2020 then interview was on the 8th of January 2021. not up till now. hopefully will get something from them soon.

yes it’s Possible i751 and Citizenship interview will Occur same day if you are ELIGIBLE TO apply CITIZENSHIP after 3 yrs of resident and while i751 is in pending. they make decisions about your condition removal then move on to N400 application but you must bring your spouse for that interview.

which state are you?They have up to 90days to reply if not call them & ask a tier 2 officer to call you back.

finally, my case has been approved. just opened my case and saw card has been produced. I will go ahead and apply for my citizenship. thank you guys for the words of encouragement. and I wish you all the best.
