Today I received for a second time a “reused biometrics” letter .
Do you know if that means they are working on my case or just a glitch on their system?

same thing happen to me. I received my second biometric reused last Saturday. the first one is on last October. csc-wac filler too. but they didn’t update it on my uscis account. i only get it in mail.

Today I receive the approval message, my card is in production.
