I’m in the state of Tennessee and haven’t received any instructions on an interview.

I sent my 1-601A on December 2020… and took my fingerprints and picture july 2021

That’s great, your timeline seems to be moving faster. because I filed my husbands I-601a September 2020 and he has his biometric appointment in July of this year as well. so hopefully what Jacquelin mentioned is what is making it progress faster. 😊

@NatalieGarcia I submitted my case on 06/29/2021 and did my Biometrics on 08/02/2021. For what they have told me it doesn’t matter how fast or slow your biometrics hace been taken, I hope is like you say. Although in the website they haven’t updated that I already did my biometrics

I submitted my I-601A on 09/16/201 , since I already submitted fingerprints on my previous I-212! on 09/27/21 they updated my fingerprints and used them on my I-601A! just about a week after the received notice! I hope it doesn’t take 20 months! I was supposed to be in the process for 1 year and half but so far it’s been almost 4 years in the process! 😭

@ Brayan will also depend on what type of visa you are and through what you got mine f2a and mine lowyer is very good which city your interview

@ge what do yoh mean about the type of Visa? I think we are all applying for the I601a waiver to get the green cards arent we? can you tell us a little more about your process? I know all cases are different and you were sooo lucky

anyone have any updates on 601a waiver ? i send it in February 2020 still waiting for approval my case is in nebraska still nothing other than my biometrics on march filled 601a since feb 2020 but no response

no updates on the i601a approval yet… according to the visa bulletin on DOS website, they are now working on cases received in October 2022

they have moved my case to process at another office. has anyone had any luck?
