we are the same date as well, and just a couple of days if updated to “ Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed” which I’ve heard two version of what it might be. request of more evidence or intent to deny. if you interested I can update you.

I filed my back in April 6 of 2020 and I just got a notice that it's on a second review.

Me too. I talked to my attorney last week. She stated if your 601 is complicated it can stay pending longer. How long have you been waiting? I been waiting for 13 months.

My husband 601 is for misrepresentation/fraud years ago before I meet him.

they send me a notice to deny, in September and they received the evidence they requested two months ago.

mine too is material misrepresentation and that means fraud too so i think the purnishment is just crazy

No. Don't think like that. Pull yourself together. Think on a memory that you shared with your wife that makes you happy and focus on that to lift your spirits. We all get depressed and sad but suicide isn't the answer.

after filling a waiver did anyone get a notification on the i130 reciept that it has been revoked?

I finally heard from USCIS. I received a letter in the mail that stated a decision was made I did not need to apply for a I601 wavier. My attorney processed paperwork that she should have and it wasn't a reason for a wavier. I received a Intent to revoke 10/2020. My attorney responded in 12/2020 and it was approved on 04/2021. She then filed a I601 and should have so now we are waiting on an appointment at the embassy for visa issuance.

To answer your question I received the intent to revoke after I filed the I130 and before she filed the I601 wavier.

Yes my attorney did and it was approved in 04/21. So for the last 12 months we been waiting on a I601 that she never should have filed from the beginning bc the didn't ask for it. 🤦🏾‍♀️

OK thanks . I was asked to file a waiver and after I did I was sent a Intent to revoke and what they asked for I do not have it and I already filed a waiver for forgiveness . yesterday I saw my i130 showed revoke but my 601 is still yet to be aporoved

I don't know much about immigration. Thats why I got an attorney. But I am sure you need to respond to the NOIR in someway with something. What is it they asking for?

Where you ever married before? You can't get with the courts to get a copy? I provided my divorce decree in the I130 packet.
