have you tried an expedited request??

4 times. first 2 were denied 3rd one was approved.. and 5 days later denied 4th one was submitted a week ago and didn’t hear back and I have a feeling I won’t hear anything about it.

that very sad.. but keep seeking expedited request until you get it approved.. I am in the US but need a waiver too

i will tell u from experience, IF u need to leave the country to go to a consulate for an interview appt, do not leave the country without getting a second opinion. i left the country as my lawyer promised me everything would be fine and I would return home within 2weeks or less. been here in MX 10 months now because my lawyer screwed me over. i should have gotten a second opinion before coming out. so I definitely recommend second opinions :)

We haven’t filled ours yet but will have to eventually. Do you mind sharing what your reasons for your expedited requests?

my first 2 reasons were for financial loss, my husband and I put down our mortgage and all stuff we were worried of losing, including treatment I had to get back to. those expedites were denied. my 3rd expedite was due to my younger sibling getting diagnosed with cancer (humanitarian reasons) , it was approved then denied 5 days later. 4th one I submitted last week was for same humanitarian reason and haven’t heard back and I’m sure I won’t hear back either.

I will not leave, I did my own research, and also talked to lawyers. I can file 601 and 485 at the same time,and I will do it as soon as possible. your lawyer did not tell you the truth.

Dang I’m sorry to hear that. These days it seems like it’s almost impossible to get requests expedited but especially the waivers. I hope it gets better for y’all soon.

@n/a correct, he didn’t tell me the truth, I will sue for him malpractice as I’m told I should but until then I need to focus on this waiver. good luck to us all

06/15/2021 still waiting for 601 approval but instead they approved my ead renewal.

I’ve been alone for awhile now. nobody around me, I don’t even go out to get fresh air because my mental state is so bad and I realize it but don’t have the energy. i also catch myself doing things that don’t make sense at times then I tell myself out loud things, I swear I’m not crazy, it’s just so much we’re all going through in this position, I think our minds and emotions are drained

Normally I wouldn't respond to post interesting thing is I'm going through the exact same thing. I realized that I haven't had human contact in over 10months Even though I'm surrounded by people for 12 hours a day. All because I'm waiting on the I-601 waiver approval last information I received was an approval from 08/12/21 which is supposed to be days away for 2 weeks now nothing I am at my maximum stress level I cry at any moment.

i want to ask a question please.after filling a waiver did UScis ever issued intent to revoke ? and did you ever check your i130 status and did it say revoked after filling the waiver even thou you are still waiting for a waiver decision
