I-485 transferred to another office
PD Oct-2013 EB3 India. EAD/AP received. On Oct 1st my I485 status changed to "transferred to Another office". it was with NBC Missouri Service Center. Hope it does not get transferred to Texas Service Center. I was hoping some decision before dates get retrogressed for EB3 India in November,

yes downgrade. Tried to chat with agent but they just say wait for the notice. I could never get answers from Emma. you guys have to tell me how you make it work. I always have to chat with live agent to get meaningful answers but agents always give standard response

I will post updates once I get case transfer notice. I even did interfiling of medicals at the end of Jul-2021 but even that I could not get verification from live agents on the Emma chat whether medicals have been attached to my. case

I dropped it in FO upon RFE. No update on the case. when called, the agents said it is not updated yet and wait for 60 days. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Vin, No, not at this moment. Mine is filed in Oct 2020. Need to wait for 6-7 months for it to be eleigible for service request at Jax, FL.

In October 2020 everything was sent to Nebraska but somehow i140 receipt came from Nebraska but i131/i765/i485 receipts came from NBC mIssouri. EAD/AP cards were approved and sent from Missouri but the pending i485 now transferred back to Nebraska. I live and work in Buffalo , NY

my husband case got transferred from local office to TSC on sept 15th and since then no update. did you hear any update on your case yet?

no update on my case yet and I am assuming I won’t be getting updates for a while

I don’t think my PD 2013 Oct would eve become current in EB3 for India…stuck here unless my date comes current in EB2 and employer files the new interfiling then

nothing yet. this week my eb3 to eb2 interfiling request was mailed to California service center
