ok so you employer had to signed and confirm make sure the job exists. and you medical exam have to be completed. and you good if you do it right is no issue. 100 % proved

I got the RFE for 485J and have submitted within 4 days after receiving

Your employer need to sign the form … remember the responsibilities should be same as per your approved I-140. which center you have applied and when??

Btw since your submission of was in Nov why you have not submitted the medical?

@Graceful My attorney wasn’t expecting them to be quick responding in i-485 adjudication and was preferimg to wait for medicals since it won’t delay the case and I might be asked to get the medicals with you at the time of interview NBC and MSC

my attorney also said to me 485J was not required but I believe these attorneys also make mistakes as we are pushing them to expedite the submission

I’m also NBC and MSC submission 22 Dec fingerprints on 14 Jan and RFE on 15 Feb

RC what was your RFE and when have you submitted your case
