Hey there I do have questions if someone been there before, my I-130 get approved month ago, and my lawyer submitted everything at the same time and it says on my uscis it filed concurrently when should I expect the I-485 to be approved ? my filed office is in Raleigh NC thanks

You should expect it to be approved on the 479th day. Are you kidding, no one can tell you the answer your looking for. Clearly you know that usually the 485 is approved shortly after the 130 or you wouldn't be asking thus question. No 1 case is the same and nobody on here can accurately tell you what your asking. Hell if the caseworker themselves that was working on your case was on here, they probably couldn't accurately tell you when to expect approval.

i have avery similar timeline and got I130 approved in feb 13. still waiting for 485 which is supposed to be in FO so hopefully soon
