i-485 status stuck at 'Case was received'
Is it normal if my case status has never moved from 'Received' to 'Fingerprints taken'? I already completed biometrics appointment 5 months ago. PD 05/31/2023. MSC259014...Submitted 11/14/2024.

very similar to mine. PD:6/9/2023; i485 submission: 11/26/2024; biometrics: 12/27/2024; approved: 05/17/2025
