I am scheduled to have my interview next week I’m doing an adjustment of status without overstaying my visa. my father who petioned me were not required to come with me. what should I expect on this interview?
I will be bringing with my my medical I 693
I didn’t over stayed my Tourist visa when I applied for my adjustment of status
I applied I539 extension of stay twice because it was pandemic times and can’t leave USA yet that time.
I received my EAD and my SSS.
what is my chance that there will be light now at the end of the tunnel? am I there for the GREEN light? thank you.
