i 485 employment based - Dependents approved , primary pending
Hi, my dependents (son and wife) received their Green cards in mail yesterday while mine is still showing as under process and not approved yet. I am getting conflicting information whether my wife can use it for her travel to home country or not. Attorney said since primary is not approved, her GC is not valid for work or travel even though she has received the card, while talking to Emma Live agent and calling USCIS number, they said my wife can use her card even if mine is still not approved. did anyone face similar issue where dependents got approved and primary still pending?

hi guys I am in similar situation where my depends got approved and my application primary is still pending. any suggestions ?
my attorney is suggesting to reopen my depend case as it is error by USCIS

The tier1 support guys are not understanding my situation and always weird response from them like applications can be approved in any order USCIS processing officers like to do.

yea my case got approved last month. I raised service ticket to address the issue.
