I-485 Denied
Please Help me to chose the right thing to do:
my case was denied because the officer was mad. my lawyer asked for an interpreter the day of interview but after 2 hours she didn't found interpreter and she tried to convince us to do the interview without interpreter my lawyer refused and asked to reschedule and she asked to try one more time when she found an interpreter she was rude and was screaming and I did some mistakes in my answers she took them for guaranteed and denied my case.
my lawyer said to reapply because make appeal take years and I'm going to reapply next tuesday
I also contacted my congressman and they send me a link to explain my case and they will take action I'm wondering if it's good to reapply and also submit a request to my congressman to take action : It's possible to do the both?

awww man sorry to hear that, I’m not familiar with situations like this, but you should listen to your lawyer and reapply

As I said I also got denied my first application and reapplied. I am sorry, it's gonna take some time and money as well. just learn from the mistakes that you have made.

I will advise you to reapply and not appeal the case. I have been on the appeal since last year and haven’t heard nothing back till now. Just reapply man and all the best

Ab Og when u made an appeal did u send all the prouve that u have , or uscis will send it and u just send appealing form

In most cases you won’t see the judge. They will just reviews the case from when you filed and the evidence as well and if they find it convincing they will grand your case for approval

there are different types of appeal. BIA appeal and with the USCIS

guys I have they same 1 290b case file motion to reopen since August 2021 they mail me letter say they receive my appeal &incase they need biometric they will mail also I send Renew of my ead June 2021 and 23 days ago I get update they close my form because beneficiary receive status true other means I don’t know what it mean I stress out so it’s being 8 months & yesterday I receive letter that’s they receive my appeal and transfer my case to they chief officer at federal plaza ny & incase I need to make inquiry I should mail them
