@naomi bushira congratulations so happy for you. @dsk yay My lawyer got the letter but nothing changed online. I was reading USCIS have the glitch updating online. As long as lawyer got informed all good.

@dsk yay USCIS sent me a text message and an email after few minutes my status changed in lawfully as well

@dsk yay After my vawa approved, I changed my home address for my i485 application. So the interview notice came straight to my address.

@dsk yay @naomi bushira I did the interview today, It went well No vawa questions, Officer asked are you comfortable if I ask you questions regarding Aslyum. my lawyer jumped in and said it’s a i485 Vawa based application. No aslyum so office didn’t ask anything about Aslyum. Yes, No questions on i485. Interview lasted 20 mins. Updates online - Interview completed- case must be reviewed. what should I expect next

@dsk yay I got second request for RFE. inter was done in April. I did medical on 1st RFE in November last year. according to lawfully it can be lost medical, Evidence of marriage that I have and I have 2 kids too with her or it can be waiver I don’t think so it apply to us. finger crossed

@naomi bushira They asking for 601 waiver as. second RFE. my lawyer said you don’t need that so he is going to reply to USCIs.

@ABCD a My lawyer also told me that the USCIS agent can't ask me about my asylum and if they try she will stop them. but when the agent started asking me question about my asylum, my lawyer preferred to be silent. I was handling my asylum questions properly and my case was approved in two days. the agent literary asked me if I was arrested, why and when that was it.
