I-140 SRC TEXAS
Hello community! I've been waiting for my approval for 14 months and no changes. I don't see any decision lately for I-140 (SRC) I didn't make a premium for financial reasons. May someone in this long wait?

you just made a big mistake because i140 is randomly revised . not using premium processing just cost you more time. Time is matter than money.

Duy what is finally revised? Can you explain please?

@uros: i140 is an employment petition that plays an important on your AOS process. There will be no specific day of revision for your i140 if you don’t want premium processing. it can take days, weeks, months, or years. A decision can be made any day for your i140. why do you wanna waste your time with unpredictable and random processing?. Paying for premium processing a little more, you get an answer within 15 days. btw, there is no final day of revision without premium processing.

In my country the dollar goes up daily, I don't earn in dollars. For this reason I couldn't make the premium.

@gracy: I feel you, but it will cost your time much more. you can send service requests for outside processing time. good luck

Duy I understand now, you weren’t clear. If you pay for premium processing ($2500) in 15 calendar days you will receive either a decision or an RFE.m, that’s what happened to me. Not all have the option to pay for the premium processing (the employer doesn’t want to pay and the beneficiary doesn’t have the $2500 to spend on that, as with this case), so saying someone just made a big mistake for not paying shows how ignorant you are. Show some empathy, you don’t know in what situation GRACY is at and it won’t make the person feel any better if you say that he/she just made a big mistake. Everyone is in the same boat here, either say something encouraging or don’t say anything at all.

uros I know immigration process is costly and not for everyone, and I am not rich either. however, I have a friend same as this person. he had reapplied everything after 2 years and a half of waiting, and unfortunately his i140 was denied. Imagining you wasted all those time and did everything again. That’s painful than spending money. I understand that some cannot afford that, and actually I just give my opinion only. Sorry if my language seems rough for you . We all have a hope for a very smooth journey, but we always stumble when harsh reality comes to us.

EB1-C submitted everything concurrently in Feb 2020, I140 approved Sept 2020. No update since.

He reapplied again for 140 after two and a half years of waiting for 140 approval? Insanse. Hopefully everything works out for all of us, best of luck to everyone here. I’ve applied in December 2020 concurrently, my 140 was approved in premium 10 days ago. I have been current for 10 months now.

@uros, he got denied and reaplied everything because once i140 gets denied, your i485 automatically gets denied
