I-140 doesn’t show “case was updated to show Fingerprints were taken”
Although it shows on both I-485 & I-765 since 5 months ago. They were are submitted concurrently
Is this a problem? would it delay I-140 approval?

same here.. it showed on I-485&I-765.. doesn’t show on I-140

it because you don’t take fingerprints for I-140.

fingerprints are only relavant for the cards: ead (765) and gc (485). they dont need fp for the petition :-)

my fingerprints were taken a week back but it’s not updated on my case. how long does it take usually?
