i-140 denied i-130 approved 😳.
Timeline order
September 27, 2021
Filed EB2 i-140 along with i-131, i-765, AOS.
EB2 - i-140 was denied
Feb 26th 2022, received EAD/AP from this filing
Oct 25, 2021
Filed EB3 along with i-131, i-765, AOS
EB3-i140 was approved.
I-132, 765 everything is still “received”
I am confused, I thought the first filing was denied so everything was automatically canceled but these EADs/APs showing in mail was surprise.
Can i use these to work or travel?
Also is there a way to tell uscis to attach these to the approved i-140?

Call and inform them of the situation, also ask why your l-140 was denied.
lt could be as a result of a missing information during filling.

ask Emma using the chat, bc the EAD/AP and could be using your Alien number instead of case number.
