@C U thanks. yes, at this point it is a concurrent filing. In Jan 2021, dates were not current, hence filed only I 140. I filed for 485 in April 2021, when dates became current. weird thing, my I 140 got transferred from Texas to Nebraska in June 2021.

@GV - Getting approval is a good thing either ways 🙂. Your i140 got approved from Nebraska or still pending?

applied concurrent eb1c in Aug 21, Biometrics done in Nov 1st week. i140 no news , even receipts have not come in for i140. wondering if things have slowed down. (Nebraska)

@ john, Green, GV any news on ead or i140?? i was checking the 765 processing time page for Nebraska and it said we can file inquiry after 105 days filing if it pending i485 application. is that correct?? has anyone received any response after filing an inquiry?? @john any news on medical submission tagged to 485?? No status change occurred on my side since medical submission in October.

so here’s my story : filed i485 , i765 , i140 etc concurrent filing in aug 2021. did not receive yet my i140 receipts. they seem to have screwed up something. got my biometrics done in oct. but no news on EAD or anything after that. same status

@madhu. how can you expedite? uscis website says contact us only after end of July for i140 and September for ead.

I expedited through Emma chat in March. it was the 3rd request and got approved
