I-130 Waiting I129F K3/k4
I understand, waiting for your spouse can be hard and it might long time depend on your service center. If your service center does have long processing time for I-130 than i would highly recommend apply for I-129f k3/k4 visa. It is faster in most cases and free for us citizens. If I-130 file open first than nvc will process that. Only difference is that the spouse need Adjust the status when I-130 is approved and the spouse is here already on I-129f visa. Even though I-129f was it is for Fiance but it is not, just read the whole thing. I really hope this might help some people.

129f for married category is obsolette.

obsolete. free to file.. but they almost do not issue k3. rather, it may make the adjudication officer review ur pending i130 faster. Best of luck

@ okay Thanks. a quick question please did you sent the I-129f k3 with all those documents again or just the form and the marriage certificate? I'm kind of confused and don't want file it with my lawyer anymore.Thanks

Wow, that is very fast processing! I filed my I-130 in June 2021 and still haven’t heard anything! So I should file I-129f now? We live in Canada... does that get mailed to the States then? Or filed online? I wish I would have heard about this before!
