my case has been under active review since 02/18/2022, it's in vermont too and so far it hasn't been approved

I sent in 2 i-130 from January and I only received 1 receipt in February yet to see the other. I request for case assistance and waiting.

green card holder

green card holders take longer you can look at the USCIS processing times but I have seen some green card holders who got approved but all cases are diffrient

if this is your second update regarding case is being actively reviewed in uscis….. probably it will get approved…. mine did same thing… after 2nd update…. it got approved within 1 week

after receiving the “case is being actively reviewed “ , they also put a “ time for a decision “without giving the time and than next day removed that . haven’t changed anything else since than

Yes I’ve heard the same too and I’m worried . why did they have to move them from Nebraska in the first place, Nebraska works so fast , Vermont tho 😞😞

my case at first was in nebraska and then went to vermont, is actively reviewing since 02/18/2022 has been reviewing for a month and no response🤦‍♀️, My case has been there since December 8, 2020.

I saw three people after their status changed from actively reviewing being approved after 10 days.

my case has been transfered since November 2021 and I don't here anything, most cases in Vermont got approved without interviews.

mine will need to get approval , in order to get transferred to Nvc so than my husband can interview in Albania

omg you and i have same pd mine 9/28/2020 first case is in nebraska now its in vermont and actively review in feb 18 2022 after that nothing happened 🥲🥲LPR filing

my cousin got approval LPR. first active review on Feb 19. second on March 14th. his case was in Nebraska.

PD 10/8 A/R 2/20. transferred to Vermont from Nebraska, I asked about i130 approvals on several social media Venus no one has responded saying they have or know of any approvals lately since the end of March. I call CS rep she said she had no idea why they are so quiet 😏 .she also said they DO process the petitions in the order that they received ☹️😒
