i-130 USC filling for spouse overseas
Can anyone please give us hope. We can see ppl been stuck for years. Anyone please applied for i-130 and approved by USCIS within 6 months and the case transferred to NVC? please share your timeline, stories etc.. California Service Center Many thanks!

I wish it were like that but from what I've seen it's all a matter of luck there are those who only stay for 1 year and others approve of them less and others much more I am already 1 year old on the 9th of this month, let's hope they get the hang of it, what priority date do you have?

California slow take more than 6 months.only Nebraska is fast take less than 6 months.
