I-130 Processing time in NBC
Does anyone have any idea, how much time I-130 application takes to process??
mine has crossed 390 days, I-130 timeline is given for California, Nebraska, Potomac, Texas and Vermont center but it's not given for NBC.
Any idea where they process applications for I-130 whuch are filed from New Jersey?

How do you know that your case is progressing through the ranking?

we have the same timeline and processing center, Thakur. I usually ask Emma to live chat with an agent to get some sense of the processing times for NBC. They have revised the estimate three times so far, and in December 2022 I was finally able to submit a case inquiry. Still haven’t heard back about that. I’m waiting for the 3rd NBC estimate to lapse and I’ll live chat again. I hope we get some good news soon.

Hi everyone, I chatted with emma live agent and she said I-130 timeline is same as I-485 which is 21 months for Newark center
