My son is applying for me (mother) and dad, we filed on august 12th, we started in Nebraska, now my case is in Texas and my husband’s is in Potomac… my case is actively being reviewed since september 10th, my husband’s is actively being reviewed since december 15th

@Istvan T. Have you checked if it is really in Nebraska? My case was originally in Nebraska and now in Texas. My case is for my mom and PD Oct. 4, Actively Review since February 20th.

I filed for my dad Oct 2020 and he got his GC June 2021. interview waived, case was transferred from NBC to a FO 10 hours away from us. They sent medicals deficiency notice on March 19th. They then sent RFE on the 21st. Sent Medicals on 21st and USCIS received them on the 24th. Approved case March 28th. GC and Social arrived same day! (June 11th)
My moms PD is Nov 2 2021
Biometrics Dec 10 2021 and that trigged “Actively Reviewed” same day.

Our case is from August 30, 2021. The last change was on March 03, courtesy letter for i693. I'm receiving the letters from Lee's Summit. MO.
