you can Ask Emma, i think emma is available monday - sat. 8am - 5pm. you can talk to a live agent there. or just send an inquiry online from your USCIS account. it may take weeks before they reply so the fastest is ask emma. btw, the petitioner should make the inquiry. not the beneficiary.
