Those are two different things if I interpreted your message right. Yes, you’ll receive receipt notice for each of your application with a receipt numbers that you can check the status with. And yes, there is a difference letter they send you with an online account access code that you use to link the cases to your account. You should receive the first one for sure. However for the account access code, my understanding is not everyone get the same letter, the possible reason would be something explained in this webpage: https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contact-us/how-do-i-get-a-new-online-access-code And if you haven’t received anything regarding access code, you can also follow steps in the same webpage. If you setup an account, you can add the case with the receipt number yourself, but that wouldn’t be the same, with less detail and accessibility. With the access code, they already had everything setup for you and automatically linked and showed in your account. I’d said worry about the account code second. First find out about the receipt number for your cases, that’s more important than anything. Hope it works out!
