I submitted last night to TSC, expected to be asked for evidence and letters which I had ready - they did not even ask, just rejected today. Seems they are not accepting any.

did u call and enquire about the status of your request? how did you come to know about rejection?

No, it updated automatically on the app and I received an email from USCIS.

Hi CG, I havent heard of anything on my expedite request. My visa and work permit are expiring soon hence I have requested for an EAD(i 765) expedite. Was it the same in your case?

Hi Nick, yes that’s the case with me. I submitted 5th October, they did not even consider or ask for evidence - they just declined.
