How to track a case that got transferred to National Benefits Center
hi everyone, my I-485 just got transferred from Nebraska to NBC. I tried to update on Lawfully but it still shows analysis for Nebraska. also I tried to check on USCIS website but NBC doesn’t show as an option to check the processing time. any advice? thank you!

@S B I changed it, but the number of cases and all data are still of Nebraska, nothing changed.

@Wanda change your service center to NBC on the Edit page, which you can access from the three dots on your case detail page. I changed it there and it changed my service center in analysis pro accordingly.

I am on the same boat. But my question is: once you make the change to NBC, does the wait time (months) start from zero? Or does it pick up where you left off at the Texas Center?... I was already out of processing time at TSC. I’ve been waiting since Feb 2020 (26 months). So I’m sure I will also be out of processing time at NBC.

@d km I changed it but under the case analysis pro, my case fell under the “others” catergory, which is a “case has been transferred and another center has a jurisdiction”. so essentially there is no ranking or anything updated.
