how to reach to uscis agent ?
my case has been pending since December 2020 and I don’t know how to get a hold of the uscis
tried to submit 3 inquiries and no one gave me any feedback or whatsoever ! I’m at a point of why I’ve been treated like this. a lot of pressure as my 2nd extension letter will expire March 2023 shall I file for citizenship! i really don’t know what to do ! any lawyer will ask for arms and legs to take over the case ! I’ve filed by myself the I-175 and planning to file for n-400 by myself as well. I mean there is no reason for a lawyer it’s a straightforward process!!
any thoughts/ ideas on how to get a hold of someone from uscis ?

type in live agent around 5-7 pm. keep typing live agent. someone will answer. be prepared to answer questions like your receipt number , name , address and date of birth

whenever you call the 800 phone number (18003755283) say infopass and it should connect you to an agent. I would request to speak to a tier 2 agent since they have more information regarding your case than a tier 1 agent does.

can I call the same number to complain about how am struggling financially, I filled for adjustment of status got denied and filled motion to reopen they reopen my case but still saying they reviewing the evidence, struggling financially I wish they can send me the ead at least
