ohhhhhh me @syed h me last year to be exact n you know what they did they said I responded to it late, which was a complete lie complete and otter lie and then they denied my case completely info and it was all their fault. I was ponded to my RFE six days after I received it. They received it on time probably two days later they updated it said they received it then literally close to a 90 day window. They said oh I responded to the RFP late and therefore they have to deny my case and you know what I have to do refile a whole new case

@Anna B I think it's their new game now,i just got denied because the officer sent me to file an i60 1waiver ,wich i did and uscis issued me a receipt but my local immigration officer said i never never sent it and they have no trace of it in the uscis system.now i have to appeal it and sent them the i601 receipt.

@chasing greencard it sure is I had to file an entirely new case n kicker that’s when the new fees took effect bruh but God is good here we are
