i am over one year after approval of 140.

I got approval for my GC after 3.5 months of my I-140 being approved. I considered myself being lucky! Just waiting for my wife approval and that's why I'm still here!

I submitted my I-485 (August 2020) 40 days before my I-140 (EB2-NIW) got approved but if I'm correct it's still considered to be concurrent filling and I'm still waiting. I'm at NBC. Did you get your biometrics appointment?

I did biometrics for the EAD Card when I applied. I’m not sure if they will use it again or request a new one.

They gave me two biometrics appointments. The first one was for my EAD (I did it in October), the second one was for my I-485 (in January). Which, I think, is unusual since I applied for EAD/AP with my I-485. Usually they will take your biometrics from I-485 for your EAD. If during your biometrics, they only took your right index fingerprint, you'll probably have another biometrics appointment. If they took all your fingerprints, then yes they'll use them for your EAD.

when did you apply for the i140?

@green20 how did that work?? my husband applied for niw with me as his beneficiary, 140 approved on January but I'm concerned about what happened to you? did you got your green card earlier than Your wife even though you filled it together? could you share your timing?
