How long from final transfer from NBC to FO to final approval on GC I-485?
MSC seems to be approving much more cases than SRC. I’m SRC229018xxxx PD Sept 16, Transfer to NBC Nov 18 and got info today through EMMA about transfer to San Fernando Valley FO on Jan 19th. I believe it will take an additional 2 to 4 weeks now. any experience on how long does it take between transfer dates to FO and approval on the I-485?

Mine was transfered to NBC on Dec 10th and then on Dec 13th to Orlando FO as per chat with Emma agent, after that no update. any one has pending case at Orlando FO and any recent approvals?

got transferred sept 23 to NBC fr TSC ..sept 26 to FO. then feb 13 2023 got updates for RFE.filed concurrently last oct 2020(.Eb)

This is the first time you asked emma about the location of your case since Jan 19th, or have you asked more times after the 19th and they didn’t tell you about the transfer to the FO? I suspect that the transfer to the FO information is delayed in the system.

I believe FO processes application by 485 RD. I have been waiting in Brooklyn FO for two weeks now. i am outside normal case processing time so hopefully they look at my case soon

Transfered to NBC in July then to Queens NY FO in Aug & nothing yet here as well…

Mine transfered to Boston on Jan last week. I thought NBC transfer applications to FO electronically unlike to any SC and I thought I would be greened soon. Looks like I need to wait for some more time.

A G it was the first time I asked Emma, twice in the same day: one agent told me about the transfer to San Fernando Valley FO but without telling me the date. the second gave me also the date for the transfer. sitting there for 4 weeks for now.
