Aisthesis, I got the same RFE. did you submitted the 1040 and the W2s or the IRS tax transcripts I’m really wondering on that.

The petitioning sponsor on Form 1-864, Affidavit of Sponsorship, must submit a completed federal income tax return filed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for the most recent tax year. If you submit a transcript, it must be an IRS "Tax Return Transcript."

mine says this.. Submit a complete copy of the joint sponsor's 1040 Federal income tax return and all supporting tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, Form 2555, and tax schedules) for the most recent tax year. If they submit a transcript, it must be a "Tax Return Transcript" from the IRS. does that mean I can submit the IRS tax transcript???

yes it is the same if he declared taxes for 2021 on that form he has forms 1040 and w2
