oh you did expedite? I don't really know how to expedite, did you expedite through the online form in uscis website?

Han, waiting since December 2020 for my EAD, just now received a bio appointment for mid November, took 11 months to receive any update. My processing center is TSC, prepare for a long wait unfortunately. Regarding expedite request, it’s quite a long shot, I tried and they denied mine after 2 days. I tried using a congress person to expedite it, nothing, so in my case they (congress persons) were useless. Try to expedite, but do not hope.

@O J I see, and sorry for multiple questions, but just a last one, did you tell the live agent that you didn't hear any updates for a long time and you requested them to expedite it or you just asked for an update? as my lawyer said only very rare case that falls under certain categories can expedite it. and my center is NBC. @Han Truong no I told them am about to loose my job and I request an expedite. I did it on 09/29 and on 10/15 the responded through an email asking for more evidence to expedite I sent it and was approved 10/19. it’s ok you can ask me any questions. Am also at NBC and they approve it for me
