no way of knowing this. going through the same issue. not sure where the hold up is. they just say we are still working on your case.

i inquired and i got no response, my congressman man inquired for me and they responded on the same day.

yeah I opened a case inquiry in September and got a response that they are still working on the case on Oct 13th

I got the same reply on the service request
