hey Jon Jon how do you know you should get a response by the end of the month ? My case was assigned to an officer for review and adjudication and it says if they need evidences they will let me know ! so after your request what message did you receive?

when I did my request of case outside of processing time I received an email saying we will review and process your request expect reply by November 26 in my case they don’t need no evidence they have everything they need

are you in the same situation?

they don’t need evidence for me as well but it’s a way to tell you to wait and the case has been assigned ! right away when you put a request you receive an automatic email stating they will give a response by a date then a second email regarding your case ( your case has been assigned…… sorry for the delay )

so my wuestion is for , When they said your case has been assigned… sid the same email gave you a date by when you expect a decision ?

On November 9, 2021, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SRxxxxxxxxxx, was assigned to an officer for response. that’s what shows online

they send me an email saying when I should expect a response

I had my interview already so the officer who did it needs to make decision

mine no news , they answered the outside normal processing time by saying it’s not outside normal processing time as long as it’s not over 38months . ( All field processing time I 751). before I had the same answer as for you ( assigned to an officer .. )

no nothing yet may lawyer did another request last week and I think they will give me the same answer as yours

any it is right it’s 38 moths for all field offices so let’s see maybe we get lucky let me know if you hear any

oh yeah as long as your I751 is not over 38 months , ombudsman or congressman can not help with that
