I doubt if they are going to send any. My petitioner never gotten any notification, it’s mostly me, the beneficiary, that’s getting emails or texts if any. But some people might have different experiences, I don’t know.

I’ve been waiting too. when was your approved? and how did you get your case number by inquiry. did you just email the NVC?

@Berbadith Cuevillos Yes, I am the one receiving anything. Have you included form “G-1145 Notice of application receipt“ with your application? If you had the form submitted with your packet, they’d send you a text for each case you submitted with the receipt number. Me for example, my petitioner didn’t get any, but I got 4 texts including the form that was filed/filled out by the petitioner. That’s saying I had included form G-1145 for each of us. However, they haven’t sent me anything through text anymore. Only emails when they made an update to my case status, and usually later than the time that I saw them got updated. 😅 I hope that helps.

I actually got approved October the 17th 2022 and till now nothing either. my attorney was saying it could take 60-90 days it will be 90 in about 2 days. I emailed to enquire and got told it’s waiting to be put in the system. did your lawlfully status change at all? mine still says “approved” after all this time

@blesssing hopefully we received it after this month end and the lawfully didn't change anymore after we get approved that I know of.

Helo ,I also got approved on October 18 2022 and I haven’t got my welcome letter .I inquired and they sent my case number through the email .My case now says at NVC

Guys did you request for your number or they just gave you after your inquiry. it’s so frustrating waiting but seeing other people who were approved after you already getting their welcome letter :(

they just give it, yeah I know some people who get approved like Oct 7 & 12 they got approved yesterday,we getting there

Yeh and it also depends on the country your spouse is located .Hopefully things go quick for all of us
