hi guys
i have a question, after I-131 gets approved, and they put your case on decision, how long do i have to wait to see my I-485 being approved? california center?

did you mean I-130? 131 is the travel permit/Ap. there is no guaranteed way of telling how much time after an AP approval before you get your GC.

yes, after they approved my Advance parole, they put my case on decision, and its been 4 months, and my question is when they put my case on decision, i want to know if the next step is approve my I-485? or whats next?

on decision for i485? if it says decision for I485 then you should have received an approval or denial months ago. that should not take 4 months. if it says decision for AP only then you’ll still have to wait until i485 and that is the next step. but many things can happen, you can get an rfe or interview in the meantime. just make sure you are within case processing times for the 485. if not, you should get in touch with uscis through calling or Emma.
