I think you should be good since you already have the court order. I think your lawyer just have to do the right thing

@Mensah Aminu they are saying it’s uscis error i gave them time to fix if they don’t then i will hire attorney and take back my file , if that’s their error they will reported to the state bar for that and possibly able to retain original filing date and get the money back as damages from other attorney

I hope this won't be a problem because this happened to me too. I'm applying again. My i-360 was approved. There's nothing to worry about.
