Hey guys ... my I130 been actively reviewing for like 6 month but not approved yet... California...Pr :dec 2019
Is that normal? Why it take so long to approve if they are actively reviewing... I feel like they forgot my case..:(

same office took 25 months with my to approve, for more than 16 they keep saying case for review

so you are fine with your case. when I did my I - 130 was 2018 the time frame was 9 months and took 25 months. but I think you are fine

I will worry if it past 30 months. with my case it was after the prosesing time ask you gobernador or Congress that’s what I did

when you go on the USCIS page it will say something about your case

all I got for 12 months that the case received and a receipt notice was sent .. is this mean that the case under review?
