we recived rfe 2 mounth ago,our lawer sent evidence for rfe as a letter one mounth ago ,today I checked my acount and I saw he didn't uploud it to my acount!!!is it important to uploud evidence?

as long as your lawyer mailed the rfe to uscis you are ok dont worry yourself some people upload their evidence and some dont the only thing i would be more focused on is making sure uscis received it

@feri t if uscis received it on your timeline it would say rfe response received or rfe response both meaning that they got it

you can even check case status put in the case number for the the i-130 and see what it says
